The sociology of domesticity is a common thread in my work. Personally, I believe that the spaces in which we inhabit reflect our individual and collective unconcious. I utilize the inherent transformative nature of photography to uncover truths, as well as fictions, about our culture. My work is inherently personal; I make images to understand my surroundings and the experience of growing up in a middle class environment.
